eTranzact International Plc enjoyed global recognition on April 6th 2003 where she was honored as the first African company to have received a gold medal from the prestigious COMPUTERWORLD HONORS AWARD in San Francisco California for innovative and visionary use of information technology to produce and promote positive social, economic and educational change in the society.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), also in January 2008 also applauded eTranzact by bestowing her with an award for the MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCT in recognition of the company’s contribution in the transformation of the economy from cash based to a cashless society.
